We are having a visitor this week. Her name is Lucky, 9 weeks old Newfoundland from Monica, Kloofbear Newfoundlands.

Maya and I trained today at Forge Pond. We are working on her WRDX this year. I don't know if she will take the test this year or not, but she is learning quickly.

Penn-Ohio Draft Test

Louie, Maya and I went to Penn- Ohio Newfoundland club draft test. We qualified both Sat. and Sun. to receive a team draft dog title. Yahoo !!! We drove with Oksana with Trident and Donna. 8 hours driving wasn't bad after 14 hours driving to National ! The club did a very nice job to have the test. I hope to go to their tests again in the future.

2010 Newf National

We had a very good time at National. I never expected we could get a few ribbons !!! Louie received the beautiful Versatile Newfoundland certificate and huge ribbon. He also got ribbons for his second placement in Rally Novice with score 99 and for his first placement in Versatile Newfoundland class. I could show him in BOB competition !!! Drover showed very well, especially in his 12-15 months sweeps ! He moved by himself and was very easy to show. He got scared of the speaker noise during his regular class, but showed much better than I imagined. We stayed with Jo and Chance at hotel. Jo and I were both proud that all three intact boys got along.
